Whether your a new Mum or a more ‘experienced Mum’ our Mum’s & Bub’s sessions are just for you!

Join other like minded mum’s who want to do something for themselves and feel amazing!  Lose cm’s form your waistline, gain confidence and re-discover your stomach muscles!

As a new mum myself I understand how easy it is to put ourselves last that’s why I have designed these sessions just for mum’s.  Our sessions are child friendly and we cater for kids of any age so you are able to get a full workout in!

Our sessions are limited to 8 Mum’s per group so you can be assured your receiving the best care possible so you get the results you desire in our boutique training studio.

We have an amazing community of women here and I would love for you to be part of it to!

For September you can try our Mum’s & Bub’s sessions for $5 for 5 Days!

Our classes run Monday to Friday 9:30am – 10:30am and Saturday 7am – 8am.
